Vinmec officially joins the global network of Cleveland Clinic (USA)

Vinmec Times City Hospital, part of the Vinmec Healthcare System, has officially become a member of Cleveland Clinic Connected, Cleveland Clinic's global network of hospitals (USA). As the second hospital in the world to join this top-tier global healthcare network, Vinmec continues to assert its strategy of international expansion, aiming to bring world-class treatment quality and global standards right in Vietnam.

Cleveland Clinic is one of the largest nonprofit academic healthcare systems and is among the top healthcare providers worldwide. Cleveland Clinic currently operates 22 hospitals and over 220 outpatient facilities globally. For many years, the system has consistently been honored in the U.S. News & World Report's "Best Hospitals in the U.S." and was ranked in Newsweek's "World's Best Hospitals 2022."

With the goal of building a network that brings together hospitals and healthcare organizations sharing the vision of providing the best treatment quality and care for patients, Cleveland Clinic launched the Cleveland Clinic Connected system to address the urgent need for improved healthcare quality worldwide, particularly after the pandemic.

To join Cleveland Clinic's global hospital network, hospitals must undergo a rigorous evaluation process covering clinical expertise, patient safety protocols, customer experience, governance models, and the work environment. Additionally, hospitals must share the same goals as Cleveland Clinic in delivering the highest standards of care and patient safety.

By joining Cleveland Clinic Connected, Vinmec's team of specialists and healthcare professionals will have access to training programs to enhance their expertise within the top global healthcare system or through remote learning. Moreover, the team will gain access to best practices and processes that have been developed and implemented at Cleveland Clinic facilities worldwide. In special cases, Vinmec's experts may consult directly with Cleveland Clinic specialists during the treatment process.
