On the morning of January 24th, at the Department of Hepatobiliary Pancreatic Surgery and Department of Internal Medicine 2, K Hospital's Tan Trieu facility held a gift-giving program for poor cancer patients co-organized by Vinmec Hospital and K Hospital.
Representatives of Vinmec Hospital provided support to 250 poor cancer patients with particularly difficult circumstances currently being treated at the Department of Hepatobiliary Pancreatic Surgery and Department of Internal Medicine 2.
Mr. Pham Luong An, Deputy Director of K Hospital, stated: “Vinmec Hospital, with its generous and compassionate approach, has undertaken numerous charitable endeavors to support cancer patients in need. These include cancer screening initiatives and the distribution of gifts to patients.

Duong Huu Tuan, a patient being treated at the Department of Hepatobiliary Pancreatic Surgery, expressed: “This is an incredibly meaningful gesture for cancer patients like us. I am deeply grateful to K Hospital and Vinmec Hospital for their support, care, and compassion in helping us endure the pain of each treatment.”


It is understood that Vinmec Hospital and K Hospital work together on a range of activities, such as providing financial support, conducting early cancer screenings for the public, and implementing numerous charitable programs to aid patients across the country, especially those with cancer.
