During the development journey, Vinmec was always aware of its mission to give compassion to everyone through meaningful initiatives, these include supporting gifts to central Vietnam’s flood victims and organizing Mid-Autumn festivals for disadvantaged children.
Humanity after the storm
To share the common difficulties of central Vietnam's residents after recent storms, Vinmec Hospital organized a program to distribute aid packages to communities seriously affected by the storm.
Vinmec’s HR (human resources) representatives visited and delivered over 100 gift packages to residents facing hardship in severely flood-damaged areas. These gifts included essential daily necessities. This program is especially important, helping residents overcome post-storm difficulties, supporting their spirits, and offering encouragement as they rebuild their lives.
Up to now, Vinmec has repeatedly performed post-storm aid programs, contributing to spreading compassion, and sharing the difficulties with “the central gut” (the people of central Vietnam) during each storm season.
Mid-Autumn “Vinmec Giving to Children” program
Alongside gift delivery activities to spread compassion, Vinmec organizes meaningful programs for children, most notably the “Vinmec Giving to Children” project. This project was held during the Mid-Autumn Festival and reflects that Vinmec Phu Quoc is gradually moving closer to expanding its commitment to healthcare and community engagement.
The “Vinmec Giving to Children” program created a spectacular and joyous Mid-Autumn celebration for the children of Vinmec Phu Quoc Hospital's staff and children who have difficult family conditions in Ganh Dau town. Vinmec Hospital appeals to staff and medical personnel to contribute both financially and through volunteer work to make this a truly meaningful event.

According to data from the organizing committee, over 200 gift bags and 130 Vinmec thermoses were distributed to children in Mid-Autumn, ensuring a joyful and memorable festival for those from less fortunate families.
“Vinmec Giving to Children” is a volunteer event of Vinmec Hospital, contributing to dedicating to compassion and sharing, reinforcing its mission not only to provide healthcare but also to spread great activities to the community.
