On the afternoon of November 15, in Bac Ninh, Bac Ninh General Hospital and Vinmec Time City International General Hospital held a signing ceremony for a professional cooperation agreement, aiming to improve the examination and treatment of patients in Bac Ninh province and neighboring areas.
Specialist Level 2 Doctor Ha Ba Chan - Director of Bac Ninh Provincial General Hospital said that Bac Ninh Provincial General Hospital is a grade I provincial general hospital, with a scale of 1,130 planned beds, 38 departments, rooms and Centers (8 functional rooms, 7 paraclinical departments... invested by the state in many items, spacious facilities and modern equipment to ensure medical examination and treatment for people in the province and the region.
However, in the past 3 years, the impact of the epidemic has more or less affected the general operation of the entire hospital, in which, some specialized techniques are currently behind schedule. Especially in the fields of cardiology, hospital management and Some specialized techniques of other replacement materials are still limited.

Speaking at the ceremony, Dr. Dinh Thuy Duong - Director of Vinmec Time City International General Hospital said: "With this in-depth cooperation agreement on cardiovascular disease, the medical team of VinMec Hospital and Bac Ninh General Hospital will have more opportunities to work with more patients and with diverse and complex diseases to join hands to serve the best health care for patients".
Mr. Nguyen Chi Hanh, Deputy Director of Bac Ninh Provincial Department of Health said that in the context of an increasingly developing society, the number of patients with cardiovascular diseases is increasing. Faced with this situation, the Department of Health as well as the General Hospital have invested in many modern and specialized equipment to serve the development of technical expertise in heart surgery, cardiovascular intervention, heart failure, esophageal cancer, colon cancer, etc.
