The Laboratory Department of Vinmec Times City International General Hospital has been accredited by the College of American Pathologists (CAP) for meeting testing standards. This makes it the first and only hospital in Vietnam to achieve both of the world's leading and rigorous quality certifications in healthcare: JCI and CAP.

Vinmec High-Tech Center has obtained ISO 15189:2012 certification for testing that evaluates the quality of stem cell products.

In 2019, Vinmec High-Tech Center successfully established a quality management system according to the ISO 15189:2012 standard and was accredited by the Vietnam Accreditation Office (BOA) with the code VILAS MED 103.

Vinmec Ha Long Laboratory Department Achieves ISO 15189:2012 Certification

On December 5, 2018, during the 2nd anniversary celebration of its establishment, Vinmec Ha Long International General Hospital received the ISO 15189:2012 certification for its Laboratory Department. To date, Vinmec Ha Long is one of the few hospitals nationwide and in Quang Ninh to achieve this certification for three laboratory specialties: Hematology, Biochemistry, and Microbiology.

Vinmec has been honored as the "Most Advanced Hospital" and "Patient-Safe."

On September 12, in Hanoi, the Vinmec Healthcare System was honored by the Asian Hospital Management Association as the "Most Advanced Hospital in Vietnam" and "Patient Safety." Winning awards in both of these important categories acknowledges Vinmec's efforts to enhance healthcare service quality and promote operational management according to the highest international standards.

Vinmec Times City recognized as one of the Top 15 Hospitals excelling in adverse drug reaction (ADR) reporting in 2018

At the 2019 National Pharmacovigilance Conference held from August 23–24, Vinmec Times City Hospital was honored as one of the 15 institutions recognized for their outstanding performance in reporting adverse drug reactions (ADRs) in 2018.

Vinmec Tissue Bank Receives Prestigious AABB International Certification

Vinmec Tissue Bank has officially been awarded the prestigious AABB international certification for two activities: cord blood and umbilical cord tissue. This marks the first time a tissue bank in Vietnam has achieved AABB certification in both fields, making it one of only 24 tissue banks worldwide to meet standards in both areas.

On March 4, 2016, the Office of Accreditation (Ministry of Science and Technology) formally awarded the ISO 15189:2012 certification to the Laboratory Department of Vinmec Times City International General Hospital.
