4. Precautions When Using Daflon 500mg

Do not use the drug if you are allergic to any of its components.
If you forget a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it is near the time of the next dose, skip the missed dose and take the next dose as usual. Do not double the dose to make up for the missed dose.

Implement a weight loss plan (if overweight)
  • Avoid standing for too long, and consider wearing compression stockings. Consult your doctor/pharmacist for advice on the appropriate size of stockings.
  • Engage in suitable physical activities (swimming, cycling, dancing, etc.).

For acute hemorrhoids:

  • Eat more fiber (green vegetables, fruits), drink plenty of water, unless otherwise directed by your doctor or pharmacist.
  • You can use other medications to reduce pain, reduce irritation, and other symptoms (if any).
  • If your condition does not improve after 15 days of using the drug, you should notify your doctor.
