Nguyen Hoang An, who made that risky decision seven years ago, is now in grade two and has a lovely face. She grinned and continued, pointing to the image on the wall, "T (Hoang An's common name) loves to wear the traffic policeman's uniform, I don't know who it looks like!"
Meet Ms. Hoang Thi Bich Hue in her small cottage in Song Lo District, Vinh Phuc Province, on an April day. When she speaks passionately about her kid, Nguyen Hoang An, her eyes light up (the first IVF baby of the Reproductive Center).
