Patients with serious conditions are seen as having new hope thanks to stem cell transplantation therapy. I would like to express my gratitude to the Thien Tam Foundation, Professor Dr. Dr. Nguyen Thanh Liem, and all of the medical staff at the Vinmec Times City International General Hospital's Center for Regenerative Medicine and Cell Therapy who helped cover the cost of my treatment and provided excellent care for me throughout. It made a positive impression on me from the moment I arrived at the hospital to the moment I was let go.
Since my accident four years ago, I have been unable to sit up, have two legs that are paralyzed, one of which is completely numb, and have suffered spinal cord and thoracic vertebrae injuries. My sense of hope seemed to have vanished. But then, one day, I received an invitation from Professor Nguyen Thanh Liem to come see him and help me prepare for a stem cell transplant.
Following two transplants, I was able to stand up by myself. Even though I simply practiced standing up on my own for 30 minutes with my husband's help, I felt instantly revitalized. Just enough for me to be content. I recently underwent my third transplant at Vinmec.
