To join Cleveland Clinic Connected, member hospitals worldwide must comply with the program's core principles of patient safety, treatment quality, continuous improvement, and patient experience. The Cleveland Clinic delegation also directly assessed the implementation at Vinmec Central Park, conducted interviews with each member of the hospital's leadership, and independently discussed with doctors, nurses, and patients being treated.
After joining, experts from Cleveland Clinic and Vinmec Central Park will collaborate on key specialties, such as oncology, cardiology, neurology, etc., to evaluate current operations and consult on how to apply operational processes and expertise according to Cleveland Clinic standards. At the same time, experts will jointly implement initiatives to bring excellent healthcare services to local customers.
