Dosage of Helmadol for adults:

For women with a history of pregnancy with a spinal canal abnormality, 4 to 5 mg of folic acid per day should be started before pregnancy and continued throughout the first 3 months of pregnancy.

During use, Helmadol may cause some of the following side effects:
