Women:

- Patients undergoing IVF treatment: 5,000 - 10,000 IU, injected 30 - 40 hours after the last dose of other obstetric support.
Men:
- Infertility treatment: 1000 - 2000 IU injected 2 - 3 times/week combined with Puregon 150IU x 3 times/week and used for at least 3 months.
- Treatment of hypogonadism: 1000 - 2000 IU intramuscularly injected 2-3 times/week.
- Treatment of delayed puberty with concomitant pituitary dysfunction: 1500IU 2 - 3 times/week, used for at least 6 months.
- Treatment of cryptorchidism: 2 times/week maintained for 6 weeks. It can then be repeated after 2 - 3 months from the last injection.
