Patients should report to their doctor if allergy symptoms do not improve after 3 days of treatment with Erolin or the rash lasts for more than 6 weeks. If the condition worsens or the patient has serious health problems such as allergic reactions, anaphylaxis, the patient should go to the hospital immediately.
Overdose: Overdose of Loratadin (an ingredient of Erolin) can increase the risk of parasympathetic paralysis symptoms such as drowsiness, tachycardia, headache,... When taking an overdose, patients need symptomatic treatment and supportive treatment, maintaining these measures until they are no longer needed. Patients can be given activated charcoal mixed with water. In case of emergency or overdose, the patient should be taken to the emergency room immediately.
Missed dose: If you forget to take 1 dose of Erolin, you should take it as soon as possible. In case it is close to the next dose, you should skip the misssed dose and take the next dose as planned.
3. Side effects of Erolin
