Dosimetry for pretreatment quality assurance of volumetric modulated arc therapy
All of 15 cases VMAT plans are accepted to treat with pass rate of ≥ 95% for both MatriXX and Portal Dosimetry systems. The pass rate of Portal Dosimetry (98 ÷ 99.9%) is independent on the complex of VMAT plans and usually more than pass rate of MatriXX (95 ÷ 97%).

Preliminary results of the application of Volumetric Modulated Arc Therapy (VMAT) for head and neck cancer at Vinmec International Hospital: 5 patients institutional experience
All patients were planned successfully, matched all dose constraints, QA was perfectly done and matched. 01 complete response, 04 very good partial response. 01 unacceptable oral mucositis (grade 3), 04 patients with minimal mucositis, no patient should be interrupted treatment due to the side effects of radiotherapy.

Influence of collimator angles on dose distribution and delivery in the volumetric modulated arc therapy for nasopharynx cancer
Five nasopharynx cancer patients treated from January 2015 to January 2017 were analyzed. Patients were treated with VMAT and SIB in 35 fractions for a total dose of 70Gy (PTV_70), 63Gy (PTV_63) and 56Gy (PTV_56), respectively.

The "revolution" in radiation therapy for cancer
Radiation therapy is one of the main methods of cancer treatment, but many side effects of radiation therapy often cause concern for patients and reduce quality of life. High-tech radiotherapy technologies can significantly reduce unwanted side effects, reduce pain so that patients can easily pass treatment and conquer disease. Vinmec is one of the first hospitals in Vietnam to deploy these special radiotherapy technologies.

Cancer cells "evaporate" thanks to standard radiotherapy techniques down to millimeters
Only a few years after its inception, SBRT has become the first choice of oncologists, even when treating metastatic tumors because of its ability to "evaporate" the tumor completely. to minimize side effects. Vinmec is one of the first hospitals in Vietnam that has applied this super standard radiotherapy technology to effectively treat many types of cancer.
