Usually, cases of mast cell disease are urticaria pigmentosa with generalized or solid form and cutaneous mastocytosis with papulo-macular plaques that resolve spontaneously in children and are not dangerous. It is very rare to encounter a form with combined systemic lesions. However, in adults, UP or cutaneous maculopapular telangiectasia is common and there is a risk of developing systemic mastocytosis. The acute form of diffuse degranulation mastocytosis will affect the lives of children due to acute shock.
