Lung cancer diagnosis: What do imaging measures mean?
Lung cancer is a dangerous disease with a high mortality rate. However, if the disease is diagnosed and treated early, the prognosis is quite good. Currently, there are many methods to diagnose lung cancer such as computed tomography, PET, brain MRI/CT, biopsy, endobronchial ultrasound. Treatment options depend on the severity of the disease, including surgery, radiotherapy and systemic therapy or a combination of methods.
