I'm female. Over the past 2 months, I have been on a Keto diet but I have been constipated for nearly 2 months. I took laxatives but at first it worked and later if I didn't take it, it would constipate again and cause bloating. The doctor told me what to do with constipation when eating on the Keto diet?
