Laboratory Department - Vinmec Ha Long International Hospital, established on December 6th, 2016 to meet the requirements of "Accurate, timely, objective and reliable" testing services of all 3 specialties: Blood Studying Blood Transfusion, Biochemistry, Microbiology. Laboratory services at the specialty fully meet the standards of ISO 15189:2012.

Within 1.5 years, with modest human resources, the Laboratory has performed both professional tasks and built a Quality Management System for Laboratory and has achieved the desired goal: Accredited standards ISO 15189:2012 on November 29th, 2018, on the occasion of the Hospital's two-year anniversary without the need to hire an external consultant.

ISO 15189:2012 standard is a comprehensive Quality Management System for all 3 processes: Before testing, during testing and after testing to return the most accurate results to customers, meeting standards. 5-star service that Vinmec Ha Long Hospital is aiming for.

Location of the department at the hospital: The Laboratory is located on the 2nd floor of the 8-storey building of Vinmec Ha Long International Hospital
