The Inpatient Unit of Regenerative Medicine and Cell Therapy was established on July 12th, 2017 at Vinmec Times City International Hospital with the desire to provide intensive health care for patients with disabilities, especially children and adults with terminal illnesses who are able to regain one or more functions that were not possible before.
Professional achievements:
- Stem cell transplantation has been used to treat hundreds of children with Cerebral Palsy, Autism, Round Muscle Disorders, Patients with Cirrhosis, Spinal Cord Injuries, etc., safely and effectively.
- Coordinating with Vinmec Institute of Stem Cell and Gene Technology to carry out many valuable scientific studies such as: Research on autologous stem cell transmission to treat Cerebral Palsy was carried out at the unit and was published in the journal. World Medical Science Journal.
