Quality Control laboratory has a duty to establish a quality control system for cell therapy products at Hi-Tech Center according to international standards for cell therapy such as AABB, ISCT
Department of QC and Quality standards has been accredited to ISO 15189:2012 for many specialized tests. In particular, we are the first organization to be accredited to ISO 15189:2012 for hematopoietic stem cell enumeration test and T, B, and NK enumeration test using flow cytometry technique. In addition to complying with ISO 15189:2012 standards, our department also participates in many external quality control and inter-laboratory comparison programs to improve quality and technical capacity
Quality Management unit played role in establishment and coordination with other departments to implement a general quality management system for faculties of Hi-tech Center in compliance with Vinmec Healthcare system standards, referred from JCI standards, with the following main tasks (1) Incident and risk management, (2)
Customer satisfaction surveys and complaint handling, (3) Monitoring and improving key quality indicators. In addition, together with other faculties and departments, the quality management department also develops and implements specific quality standards such as AABB and ISO.
