Meeting strict evaluation criteria for the work environment, policies, and employee satisfaction, … Vinmec has simultaneously won two prestigious awards: “Best Companies to Work for in Asia” and “Most Caring Company Award” at the HR (human resources) Asia Awards 2024 – Asia's “Oscars of HR”.

Attractive HR Policies for the Entire Healthcare Industry
The HR Asia Awards, the prestigious award for human resources in Asia, is presented by HR Asia, the leading regional HR publication to honor outstanding businesses. After 11 years, HR Asia has incorporated numerous international evaluation standards into Vietnam and other countries in the region.
This year, surpassing many competitors, Vinmec achieved a high score out of 5 and proudly received the “Best Companies to Work for in Asia” and “Most Caring Company Award” acknowledging its policies and activities that prioritize employee well-being and happiness.
This award, known as Asia's “Oscars of HR” subjects companies to comprehensive 360-degree evaluation, assessing everything from leadership to customer relations, from human resources development strategies to HR policies and financial-human resources strength. Critically, the judging panel conducted surveys with the employees of active companies to ensure realistic results.
The judging panel highly praised Vinmec's human resources development strategy. A representative from the judging panel stated: “We had the opportunity to interact with Vinmec employees at various levels and with different tenures, and we observed a common thread of pride and satisfaction in working for an organization with a clear vision in its journey of serving the community.”
The results of actual surveys show high employee satisfaction at Vinmec, with 60% of healthcare professionals giving positive feedback about the work environment, and 24.1% of all surveyed healthcare professionals expressing a desire to work there.
Notably, Vinmec's employee turnover rate is lower than the industry average (13%), with a clinical staff turnover rate of only 6%. Many senior employees have been with Vinmec since its inception.

Special Award for Workplace Culture and Environment
At the HR Asia Awards 2024, Vinmec also received the “Most Caring Company Award”, recognizing its policies and activities focused on holistic employee well-being. Experts and industry professionals consider this a well-deserved award, given Vinmec's comprehensive human resources policies encompassing attractive compensation, mental and physical health care, training programs that promote individual growth, and career development paths based on continuous performance evaluations.
Additionally, the judging panel particularly commended Vinmec's commitment to providing employees access to the latest medical technologies and opportunities to learn and practice at leading universities, healthcare systems, and research institutions worldwide. This fosters innovative thinking and the application of advanced technologies to enhance treatment quality and services to the highest international standards.
Internal surveys show employee satisfaction with Vinmec's work environment reached 91.6% in 2023, a 9.4% increase from 2022, with an organizational culture understanding rate of 92.6%.
According to Ms. Le Thuy Anh, General Director of Vinmec Health System, two important awards from HR Asia will motivate Vinmec to develop exceptional HR policies for its employees further.
“We understand that employees need not only competitive compensation but also mental and emotional support, professional development training, and fair evaluations with clear career progression. This understanding has enabled Vinmec to attract and retain talent, fostering strong bonds between individuals and the organization,” Ms. Le Thuy Anh affirmed.
