1. What is Milgamma N and what does it do?


Milgamma medicine has the main ingredients including: Thiamin hydrochloride, pyridoxine hydrochloride and cyanocobalamin, is made in the form of an injection solution. Milgamma N is indicated for use in the following cases:
Neurological diseases of different origin; Neuritis; Polyneuropathy (due to diabetes, alcoholism,...); Cervical nerve syndrome; Shoulder-arm syndrome; Optic neuritis ; Shingles ; Neurological and hematological symptoms due to vitamin B1, B6 and B12 deficiency when oral therapy is not appropriate. 2. Usage and dosage of Milgamma


How to use: Use the drug by intramuscular route. Milgamma N is injected deep into the muscle.
Dosage: To quickly achieve high blood levels of the drug in each case of severe illness and acute pain, start with 1 injection of 2ml/day. After the acute phase is in remission and in the absence of serious disturbances, injections should be given 2-3 times a week. During the injection, the physician should monitor the patient's treatment weekly and attempt to switch to oral therapy as soon as possible.
*Note: The above dosage of Milgamma is for reference only. Based on the condition, the progress of the disease, the doctor will appoint the patient to use the most appropriate dose of medicine.
Overdose: When the drug overdose, the patient will be supported to treat immediately. Missed dose: Milgamma N is used at medical facilities with the supervision and monitoring of doctors, so it is rare to miss a dose.

3. Side effects of the drug Milgamma M

4. Be careful when using Milgamma WOMEN


Before taking the drug, you should carefully read the instructions for use, refer to the following information:
Milgamma N is only injected intramuscularly, not intravenously into the bloodstream. If administered intravenously, should be monitored by a doctor or hospitalized, depending on the severity of the disease symptoms; Milgamma N can cause neurological disorders if used for more than 6 months; Milgamma contains sodium but less than 1mmol (23mg) of sodium per dose unit (2ml); Milgamma N is not indicated for use in children under 12 years of age; Milgamma N has no special recommendations for the elderly; Do not use vitamin B6 in daily doses up to 25mg in pregnant and lactating women. Because the drug Milgamma N contains 100mg/tube of 2ml, it should not be used for this group of people.

5. Drug Interactions Milgamma WOMEN


Some drug interactions with Milgamma N need attention:
Thiamine is completely decomposed by solutions containing sulfites; Other vitamins may be inactivated in the presence of breakdown products of vitamin B1; Doses of vitamin B6 may decrease the potency of L - dopa; Drugs that interact with INH, cycloserine and D - penicillamine. Milgamma N should be stored in a refrigerator (2°C to 8°C), protected from high temperature and light.
