Diagnosis and treatment of biliary tract, pancreatic head and duodenal region around the major papilla has long been a challenge for world medicine in general and our country in particular. In Vietnam, biliary-pancreatic diseases requiring surgical intervention are still common, in which common bile duct stones are a common disease with very serious complications such as cholangitis and biliary abscess.
