Sedachor is a combination of two drugs: Caffeine and Paracetamol. Caffeine narrows blood vessels in the brain to relieve headaches. Paracetamol is a pain reliever (painkiller) that works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain. Medications are effective in reducing headaches.
