Estarylla is a combination of two female hormones, Ethinyl estradiol and Norgestimate. Estarylla works as a contraceptive by inhibiting ovulation, changing cervical mucus that inhibits sperm penetration, and changing the endometrium that reduces implantation. Estarylla is also used to treat acne in women.
