Duloxetine is currently indicated for the treatment of depression, anxiety, or neuropathic pain in patients with diabetes, chronic low back pain, or ongoing pain due to arthritis pain. Duloxetine is known as a serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (SNRI).
