Cyclosporine Quantitation is a two-step immunoassay for the quantitative determination of cyclosporine in whole blood. The chemiluminescence reaction results are expressed in equivalent light units (RLUs). In the event of an inverse correlation between the amount of cyclosporine in the sample and the RLUs, this is detected by the optical system.
