Obinutuzumab is an anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody, combined with chlorambucil for the treatment of previously untreated chronic lymphocytic leukemia, in combination with bendamustis in the treatment of follicular lymphoma after failure of a rituximab-containing regimen.
