3. Some gynecological inflammatory diseases that cause back pain

Back pain can be a symptom of the following gynecological inflammations:

  • Pelvic inflammatory disease: Pelvic inflammatory disease is an infection of the reproductive organs in the pelvis, including the ovaries, uterus, and fallopian tubes.
