Uses of Gacero

Gacnero is indicated in the following cases:
Gabapentin is indicated as monotherapy in the treatment of partial seizures with or without secondary generalization in adults and children over 12 age. The safety and efficacy of gabapentin monotherapy in children under 12 years of age have not been established. Neuropathic pain: Gabapentin is indicated for the treatment of neuropathic pain in adults 18 years of age and older. The safety and efficacy of gabapentin in patients under 18 years of age have not been established. Besides the above uses, Gacnero medicine may also be used to treat a number of other conditions that are not listed above. Therefore, before taking the drug, consult your doctor for advice and effective use of the drug.
Contraindicated to use Gacnero drug in patients with hypersensitivity to any ingredient of the drug.

Gacnero is made in the form of hard capsules, so it can be used on an empty stomach or on an empty stomach. You should take the medicine with a full glass of water to avoid stomach irritation. Dosage of Gacnero drug will depend on the patient's disease status and age such as:
Partial seizures with or without secondary generalization in adults & children > 12 years old: 300 mg x 3 times/day, can be increased, maximum 3600mg/day, divided into 3 times. The maximum interval between doses should not exceed 12 hours. As an adjunct in the treatment of partial seizures with or without secondary generalization in children 3-12 years old: 25-35 mg/kg/day in 3 divided doses. Neuropathic pain in adults > 18 years: 300 mg 3 times/day, increased as needed to a maximum of 3600 mg/day. Renal impairment ClCr < 80 mL/min: adjust dose. Use Gacnero regularly to get the most benefit from it. To use this medicine safely, take Gacnero exactly as directed by your doctor, do not use it more often, smaller or for longer than prescribed. Absolutely do not abuse the drug for too long for a long time or arbitrarily increase the dose of the drug. Because this not only makes the condition worse, but also increases the risk of unwanted effects.

Before prescribing a drug, doctors always weigh the benefits and effects of Gacnero more than the risk of side effects. However, some cases when taking Gacnero may still occur undesirable effects such as:

If the dose is reduced or discontinued, it should be done gradually for at least 1 week in the case of epilepsy.

Drug interactions can decrease the effectiveness of Gacnero, or increase the effect of unwanted effects. Tell your doctor about all other medicines you are taking including vitamins, over-the-counter medicines, prescription drugs, and herbal products. Do not stop, start, or change the dose of any medicine without your doctor's consent without your doctor's consent.

Store Gacnero at room temperature, protected from light and away from moisture. Do not store Gacnero in a humid place or in the freezer.
