2.1 Indication Who should use Bestatin 10 (in any case)
Simvastatin is used to support the diet in patients with primary hypercholesterolemia caused by an increase in lipoprotein cholesterol molecular weight low (LDL) in patients at risk for coronary artery disease who have failed to respond to diet. Simvastatin is also used to lower low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol levels in patients with both hypercholesterolemia and hypertriglyceridemia. 2.2 Dosage and way of use How to use:

Simvastatin enhances the effect of warfarin. Bile acid binding resins can markedly reduce the bioavailability of Simvastatin when co-administered. Therefore, the time to take these two drugs must be far apart.
