Treatment of acute diarrhea:
Adults: Initial dose of 4mg Amemodium, then 2mg Amemodium after each loose stool, maximum 16mg Amemodium/day; Children: First day dose for children from 8 to 12 years old: Use 2mg Amemodium 3 times a day; children from 6 to 8 years old: 2mg Amemodium 2 times a day; from the second day reduce to 1mg/10kg after each loose stool, the total dose of Amemodium/day should not exceed the dose of the first day. Treatment of chronic diarrhea:
