The pain in the abdomen is dull like a pins-and-needles, sometimes intense pain. I've had a cough for more than 2 months and it's getting better now. 1 year ago I had appendectomy. The doctor asked me what was wrong with me? What are the causes of abdominal pain? Please advise, thank you.
