No abdominal pain, loose stools, and boiling stomach are signs of what disease?

Hello doctor! For more than 1 month now, I have had loose stools sometimes black, often farting, stomach boiling or rumbling but no abdominal pain and I am still eating and drinking normally. So please ask the doctor what are these signs of disease and how to treat the disease? Thanks for the advice doctor!
