Pressure ulcers are common in the elderly, people with diseases that are sedentary or inactive, causing areas of skin and tissue to be pressed against the body, or rubbed, pulled, causing damage. Correctly assessing the risk of pressure ulcers will help treat effectively and quickly. In current examination and treatment, the Braden pressure ulcer risk assessment scale is used.
