Anouncement Price policy applied to tardy pediatric patients at Vinmec International Hospital

In order to provide better customer service and minimize patients' waiting time, as to ensure the benefits for customers who make an appointment and arrive on time, starting May 2, 2019, Vinmec International Hospital will apply an additional fee to tardy pediatric patients. In addition to walk-in patients, Vinmec will also apply a walk-in consultation fee for cases as shown below:

  • The customer making an appointment in advance but are 30 minutes late or more at the time they visit our reception counter (based on pre-booked appointment)
  • The customer making an appointment in the afternoon, but visit the hospital in the morning of that day
  • The customer making an appointment in the morning but visit the hospital in the afternoon of that day
