Minister of Health, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thi Kim Tien awarded a Certificate of Merit for Vinmec International Hospital for its achievements in clinical work after 3 years of operation and development.

After three years in operation, and with the tireless efforts of all doctors, experts, and staff members, Vinmec has achieved much clinical success, improved the efficiency of treatment for special patients, and developed a high technology standard. The number of clients using the outpatient healthcare services doubled in 2014, while inpatient services tripled compared to 2013. Although the number of patients treated continues to rise, the satisfaction rate for service quality remains very high at almost 90%. 100% of patient and their families are pleased with the behavior and communication of the hospital staff. Both the Hanoi Department of Health and the Ministry of Health appreciate the high criteria achievement of hospital quality that Vinmec has achieved: In 2014, Vinmec was rated a level 4 & 5 (no level 3 or lower) on 100% of criteria and earned an average of 4.81/5 points.
