Total volume > 2 ml. Concentration: At least 20 million sperm/ml. Morphology: At least 15% of normal spermatozoa. Motility: More than 50% of sperms are moving forward, or 25% are moving rapidly within 1 hour of ejaculation. WBC count: Less than 1 million/mL.
