Uses of Dicloran

Dicloran medicine is prepared in the form of a topical gel, the main ingredients in 1 tube of 30g are Diclofenac 1%, Methyl salicylate 10%, Menthol natural 5%, Benzyl alcohol 1%. So what is Dicloran and how is it used?
