What is a stuffy nose with difficulty breathing?

Question
Doctor, inside my nostrils, where there are "two round lumps" that people call the septum, one side feels bigger than the other, and when it gets bigger, I feel a bit I have trouble breathing in air. So can I ask what disease I have? And is it dangerous? As I am working in the production of tissues and wet wipes, this is work related. is it mine?
Thank you very much doctor

Answer
Hello, “two round lumps” as you describe are the lower tip of the nose, this is a normal structure. When inflammation, the lower nasal turbinate is swollen and enlarged, it will narrow the air passage into the lungs, so you feel stuffy. Therefore, you should go to an ENT specialist at the Vinmec Health System facilities for treatment. Please check and advise in detail
