Tracheal trigeminal lymph node metastasis after colon K treatment?

Question
Hello doctor, I used to have colon cancer and had surgery and chemotherapy 6 years ago. Currently, I am diagnosed with lung calcification (7mm) and suspected of having 3 esophageal lymph nodes (no metastases) (not yet biopsied).

Hello, K colon has undergone surgery and chemotherapy for 6 years in principle, if during follow-up after treatment, no recurrence or metastasis is detected, it is considered cured. bro. In case you have a re-examination and newly discovered suspicious tracheal junction nodes and pulmonary calcifications (possibility of old lesions), you need to do more examination to see if it is a new disease or metastasis! To do that he may ask for a PET-CT scan or a lymph node biopsy for further evaluation. In the case of calcified 7mm tracheobronchial junction nodes, it is likely that the old lesion was pre-existing. You can ask the doctor to compare with previous scan results for further evaluation. Wish you well!
