Is it possible to induce anesthesia when burning warts?

Ask
Hello doctor!
I have warts but I went to burn it once but it was very painful. Before that, I suffered from anxiety disorder and felt haunted after that burn. Every time I think about it, my hands are shaking, shaking fast, sweating all over my body. It's now time to burn again, but because I'm too obsessed, I haven't gone yet.
The doctor asked me if I can use anesthetic to burn warts? Now my condition is worse than the first burn, so I am very scared. Hope the doctor responds soon. I would like to thank you.

Answer
Hello!
In case you have warts accompanied by an anxiety disorder, if there is an indication for surgery to remove the wart area, a local anesthetic method will be performed with the use of sedatives and pain relievers. . Patients will be monitored to ensure timely handling when problems occur. If surgery is difficult and prolonged, intravenous or general anesthesia may be used.
