Hello pharmacist! I want to supplement vitamin C and collagen but my working time is to sleep day and night. I work 2 weeks a day and then change shifts for 2 weeks and nights alternately like that. So I want to ask the doctor how to supplement vitamin C and collagen properly? Especially around the time I have to stay up at night.
