Dizziness, migraine are signs of what disease?

Question
Dear doctor. I have a few questions I hope you can help me answer. My health is still normal, but sometimes I have some very indescribable symptoms.
1 : being naturally normal, I have dizziness (can't see clearly) for a few hours, then it goes away, followed by a migraine headache (left temple), cough also hurts for about 2 or 3 days before the pain goes away. Second: sharp pain in the left chest and strong or painful movements, this symptom also lasts about 3 to 5 days to go away. So please ask the doctor what are these symptoms and are they dangerous? Thank you very much doctor.

Answer
Hello. I should see an internal medicine specialist.
1: How long has the headache lasted, the pain in the first half of the head is accompanied by glare, vomiting, fear of noises, increased when under stress? Beware of migraine headaches, you need to be examined specifically. Second: chest pain on exertion, possibly due to neuromuscular disease, however, chest pain due to ischemic cardiomyopathy should be ruled out, and the patient should be examined by a cardiologist. Therefore, to have a specific treatment direction, you should go to the hospital for an in-depth examination. You can choose the nearest hospital in the Vinmec Health system across the country. Thank you for sending your question to Vinmec Health System.
