What is the cause of jaundice?
I'm 32 years old. Recently, I had jaundice, so I went to the doctor and had the following indicators: AST 24U/L, ALT 16U/L, CHOLESTEROL 3.65 MMOL/L, TRIGLYCERIDES 1.12 MMOL/L, BILIRUBIN TP 21.8 micromol/l , BILIRUBIN DIRECT 8.5 micromol/l. I had an abdominal ultrasound and I didn't have biliary obstruction. Currently, doctors are not able to diagnose the cause. I really hope the doctor can advise me what is the cause of jaundice?
