When I first woke up, before getting out of bed, I measured the blood pressure in both hands, respectively, left arm was 133/82 and right arm was 125/81. I have a reference that when I first wake up, my blood pressure will be higher than normal. So the doctor asked me what is the normal blood pressure reading after waking up?
