Although data visualization has great research potential to improve the quantitative assessment of gastrointestinal stromal tumors, there are several limitations that challenge its application in everyday clinical practice.

Gastrointestinal stromal tumor is a rare disease that, if not detected and treated promptly, can lead to death. Therefore, patients need to be diagnosed early and have an appropriate treatment plan.
