I have a hard lump right in the anal area along with hemorrhoids. There is no bleeding during bowel movements, no pus in the anus, just a hard lump and anal itching. After a bowel movement, I see two small yellow protrusions different from the hemorrhoid color. Please let me know if the hard lump in the anal area is anal cancer or rectal cancer?
