What is central serous chorioretinopathy?
Central serous retinopathy is a disease that occurs when the serous part of the neurosensory retina detaches due to fluid leaking from the retinal pigment epithelium. Central serous retinopathy usually develops over a period of time and can resolve spontaneously after about 4-6 months.
