A few days ago, I had stress, anxiety, and insomnia for a day or two, and then I had a severe headache, heart palpitations, and a feeling of anxiety and tension. I went to have my blood pressure checked and it was high. The doctor asked me what should people with high blood pressure do? Now what should I do to get my blood pressure back to normal. I haven't slept for a few days now, I'm tired, dizzy, and I don't want to do anything. Hope your doctor can advise you on how to treat it. Thank you doctor.
