Specialist Level II Pham Do Ngoc Diep has 30 years of experience in the field of neonatology.

Doctor Diep graduated from Hanoi Medical University in 1986 and obtained a Specialist Level II degree from Hanoi Medical University in 2003. She used to be the head of the Department of Neonatology - Saint Paul's Hospital (San-Pont).

In addition, she is also a member of the Executive Committee of the Hanoi Pediatric Association and a member of the Executive Committee of the Pediatric Society of Saint Paul Hospital.

Doctor Diep has won the title of emulation soldier at Hanoi city level in 2009. She has had many research projects at Hanoi city level such as: "Study on the current situation and some factors related to reducing the rate of prothrombin in newborns at Saint Paul General Hospital in 2007"; "Evaluating the results of surfactant treatment and some factors affecting treatment on premature infants with respiratory failure at the neonatology department of Saint Paul General Hospital in 2007-2008"; "Evaluating the effectiveness of continuous positive nasal airway pressure therapy for children with respiratory failure at the neonatology department of Saint Paul hospital in 2009"; "Evaluating the results of blood exchange methods in the treatment of severe sepsis, multi-organ failure or shock at the neonatology department of Saint Paul hospital 2011-2012".

Currently, Doctor Pham Do Ngoc Diep is working at the Department of Neonatology, Vinmec Times City International Hospital.
